August H. Kirchner
Younger brother and, from 1884, partner of H. William Kirchner, August H. Kirchner served as St. Louis School Board Architect from 1893 to 1897, and was re-elected as sole candidate in 1898. His school work includes the 1894 third-story additions to his brother's Frank P. Blair School and its kindergarten, and schools including Euclid, Froebel, Harrison, Fremont, Adams, and Mount Pleasant.
