Otto J. Wilhelmi

Otto J. Wilhelmi served as architect to the St. Louis Board of Public Schools in the mid-1880s, holding the office at least 1883-1884 (office at 820 South Eighth Street). Under the board's Rule 44 the Board Architect drew the plans for all new school buildings raised during his term.
